Sean has been in the stucco industry for 18 years. Following college, he pursued an opportunity with his father to follow in his footsteps. His vision is not only to mirror his legacy and insight, but to learn and embrace new techniques and technology. Surrounded by the best team in Florida, our company is ready to surge to new heights.

Linda Hoag – Operations Manager

Linda’s experience is rooted in construction. Her family owned a General Contracting business in New York. Her first hands-on experience started in 1984 which she started up a Solar Energy Company with her husband. From there she worked at a Concrete shell Contractor for over 16 years as an A/P-A/R Contracts Manager along with other project management duties. Her stucco experience began in 2012 as Accounting/Office Manager and then moved up to Project Accounting Manager at another stucco company and in Sept 2018 started with us at Griffin & Wilson Enterprises as a Operations Manager. She is looking forward to a long lasting relationship with this outstanding company.

Project Management

Ray Laviste

Coming from Chicago with an Architectural degree, Raymond spent most of his career in the construction field. For more than 20 years’ experience working as an architect, owner’s representative, consultant, and a project manager. He also obtained construction knowledge working 8 years overseas as an expat. While supporting his professional competency as a project manager, his expertise in construction experience ranges from residential, multi-family, high and mid rises, mixed use, commercial, retail restaurants and financial institution. He takes the responsibility on managing projects to be successful completion, ensuring that each project delivers on time, on budget and in accordance with the standards and guidelines of the entire project.

Tom Crews 

Tom recently started with us and comes with decades of experience in Stucco and drywall as well as a degree in building construction.  Having worked for general contractors and subcontractors alike, his vast experience is a perfect match. He has bid large projects such as The Paseo, Quadro Miami, Ryder Trauma Center, New World Symphony, St Regis Resort, Marlins Ballpark and probably a few hundred more.

Rohit Puranik

Rohit has many years of experience in Stucco and is a Florida Gator with a Masters in Construction Management.

Mike Holzknecht 

Mike has been a member of the Griffin and Wilson Team since 2005 and brought with him a lifetime of experience in the stucco industry that began in 1975 working for the family stucco company started by his father.

Rich Wilde

Rich worked in the stucco business for the last 40+ years, starting on the West Coast doing Hi-Rise work, then worked his way east through Texas, N Carolina and finally here to Florida. He now specializes in Custom Homes and has worked for Griffin & Wilson for a total of 16 years.

Luis Insua

Luis has been in construction for over 20 years. He started off as a field plasterer and worked his way to a Project Superintendent in only a few years. High rises and commercial buildings are his specialty. He has worked with major construction companies such as Mill Creek, Stiles, Coastal, and Moss to name a few.

Luis Insua Jr. started in the stucco business as a lather and worked his way up to a superintendent by showing nothing but dedication and hard work in every situation. He strives to ensure that every project is of the highest quality and within budget. Luis has a deep passion for his profession.

Sharinsky Petit-Frere

Sharinsky has a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Construction, and Construction Management. He is a strong operations professional with a Associate’s degree focused in Building Construction Technology from Broward College.

Melissa has been working at Griffin & Wilson Enterprises since 2011 and is proud of being a part of this family owned business. She handles a portion Accounts Payable , job noticing, contractor’s licensing within the counties and cities that we perform work. Enjoys photography, playing music, water sports and spending time outdoors with family and friends on the weekends.

Job Summary:
Prepare competitive bid proposals and assist with budgeting on awarded projects. Develop and maintain design professional and client relationships in developing future sales.
Responsibilities Include:
Evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that details have been reviewed for successfully providing the clients with an accurate price.
Managing multiple bids with tight deadlines
Read and understand architectural drawings
Preparing and submitting quotes.
Occasional travel for meetings with homeowners or G.C.s
Change order pricing, product submittals, Budgeting and contract negotiations
Solicits and maintains communication with vendors.
Has a thorough understanding of scopes and take offs.
Working Knowledge of Microsoft office Word, Excel, Outlook & Plan Swift.

Residential Stucco Supervisor

Supervising Stucco crews for residential track home developments in the Broward county area.
Residential work (single family homes, high end custom homes, and multi-family apartments) experienced and knowledgeable supervisor, Broward and Palm Beach County. Must be able to meet with builders when necessary, safety minded and order materials and equipment when needed.
Able to supervise lather and plasterer crews and manage multiple jobs.
